Yes, absolutely. We run workshops in-person, fully virtual, or hybrid. Virtual programs work well for groups distributed across locations, and we design engagement strategies—breakout rooms, interactive tools, asynchronous components—so the experience is dynamic and not passive.
What's the typical group size? +
We design workshops for groups of 8–100+ people. Smaller groups (8–20) allow for deeper interaction and coaching. Larger groups need breakout sessions and partner work. We tailor facilitation and engagement strategies to your group size.
How do you measure workshop impact? +
We measure at multiple levels: participant satisfaction surveys immediately post-workshop, skill assessments at the end of the program, and business outcomes (engagement, retention, promotion rates, productivity) tracked over 3–6 months. You'll receive a report showing what landed and what changed.
Do you offer train-the-trainer programs? +
